As part of their Public Health and Preventive Medicine coursework, Year 3 students at the British University in Egypt (BUE) organized an awareness campaign titled “Clean Food, Your Protective Shield.” The initiative targeted university workers and students, aiming to prevent food- and waterborne diseases through education and engagement. The campaign offered students practical experience in public health advocacy, highlighting the vital role of pharmacists in promoting community health. By educating individuals on safe food practices, the campaign contributed to disease prevention and supported the improvement of overall public health on campus.
