The British University in Egypt was delighted to partner with the UNDP who actively participated at @COP28. UNDP Egypt was heavily engaged in important discussions with governments, private sector, NGOs, development partners, and academia on a diverse topics in support of climate action. During the session, the UNDP and The British University in Egypt discussed promoting green economy, supporting green enterprises, and promoting technology transfer and technology localization.
Believing in youth empowerment, the UNDP gladly gave youth the opportunity to voice their opinions through the @COP28Simulation sessions in cooperation with The British University in Egypt and Zayed University and supported Egypt Youth Climate Change Committee to participate in COP28.
To promote #innovation for climate action, the UNDP co-organized and engaged in a number of sessions to discuss its support to innovators and entrepreneurs in cooperation with مشاريع مصر جهاز تنمية المشروعات – Msme and discussing strengthening partnerships with the private sector to extend support to more innovators and entrepreneurs with focus on the #twintransition.
