The British University in Egypt (BUE) Faculty of Dentistry recently organized an exciting oral health awareness campaign at the Egyptian British International School (EBIS) in the 5th Settlement, New Cairo. The campaign targeted primary school students in grades 1, 2, and 3, reaching approximately 300 young learners.
A Day of Smiles and Learning
BUE’s dental experts conducted engaging sessions that included:
- Simple awareness sessions: Students learned about the importance of oral hygiene and its impact on overall health.
- Interactive demonstrations: Dentists demonstrated the correct brushing techniques, ensuring that students learned by doing.
- Fun activities: Coloring activities and giveaways, sponsored by Signal, kept the young minds entertained while reinforcing the key messages of dental health.
By combining education with entertainment, the campaign aimed to instill healthy habits in young minds, setting the foundation for a lifetime of oral health.
