A Mission of Oral Health: Serving Our Community

Our recent dental convoy was a testament to our commitment to serving the community and fulfilling our social responsibilities. Aligned with the Faculty’s strategic plan and Egypt’s Vision 2030, we aimed to improve oral health and well-being in the surrounding areas.

Key Accomplishments:

Reached 264 Patients: Provided comprehensive dental care to a significant number of individuals.
Oral Health Education: Conducted educational sessions for children on proper brushing techniques and healthy dietary habits.
Preventive Care: Administered topical fluoride applications to 53 children to strengthen their teeth.
Medical Check-ups: Offered essential medical screenings to 150 patients.
Free Giveaways: Distributed Signal toothbrushes and toothpaste to patients to encourage daily oral hygiene practices.
By providing these services, we have contributed to SDG #3: Good Health and Well-being and SDG #4: Quality Education. Our efforts have empowered individuals to take charge of their oral health and make informed choices.

Our recent dental convoy was a significant step towards achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030. By providing essential dental services and health education to 264 patients, we directly contributed to SDG #3: Good Health and Well-being. Our focus on oral health education, especially for children, aligns with SDG #4: Quality Education.

By reaching underserved communities, we addressed a critical healthcare gap, ensuring that individuals have access to the care they need. This initiative not only improves oral health but also contributes to overall well-being.

Through our collaboration with El Shorouk Authority and Signal (Unilever Egypt), we were able to further strengthen our impact and promote sustainable development goals, specifically SDG #17: Partnerships for the Goals.
