A Convoy of Care: Delivering Health and Hope to Al Menya

Our recent convoy brought much-needed healthcare to Al Menya. We served 1100 patients, offering:

  • Dental Services: Diagnosis, scaling, extractions, and oral health education for children.
  • Medical Check-ups: Blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, and height measurements.
  • Free Giveaways: Oral health kits, sanitizers, and medications.

We identified 350 cases requiring further treatment and referred patients to the Faculty Hospital. Our team of students and interns worked diligently, prioritizing patient care and infection control.

Our recent convoy to Al Menya was a significant step towards achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030. By providing essential dental services and health screenings to 1100 patients, we directly contributed to SDG #3: Good Health and Well-being. Our focus on oral health education, especially for children, aligns with SDG #4: Quality Education.

By reaching underserved communities, we addressed a critical healthcare gap, ensuring that individuals have access to the care they need. This initiative not only improves oral health but also contributes to overall well-being.
