The Flipped Classroom Approach as a Mode of Student-Centred Learning: a workshop held by faculty of Arts and Humanities

As part of the BUE Teaching Symposium, the Faculty of Arts and Humanities hosted an insightful workshop on The Flipped Classroom Approach to promote student-centered learning. This session provided faculty members with strategies to implement the flipped classroom model effectively, sharing best practices to empower students as independent learners and to enhance classroom engagement. Educators explored methods to shift traditional lecture content outside the classroom, allowing in-class time to be devoted to interactive and collaborative learning activities.

This workshop aligns with BUE’s dedication to fostering innovative teaching techniques that improve educational quality and equip students with the skills for active, independent learning.
