In the partnership with EBHAR Misr program, the Office of Enterprise at The British University in Egypt launched a tailored three-day training program for students from several public national universities and schools who are interested in technology and science. The program focused on delivering sessions about different fields of study and how attendees can enhance their skills to fill the market gap. The students were introduced to the University’s various engineering labs and were able to experiment with materials themselves under the supervision of British University staff and students.
The attendees also toured labs at the University’s Nanotechnology Research Center and Fabrication Lab and had the opportunity to help in designing and implementing some samples done by laser cutter. The students then met startup founders and had free discussions about being an entrepreneur and the
